Great amenities and lovely decor. the pool is a highlight; the water is clear and crystal blue. the gym is equipped with modern machines, and the wifi connection is fast and efficient. the location is perfect for those seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
The staff was quite rude and not attentive to our needs. the food was expensive and not up to our standards;

Staying here was an unforgettable experience in the lap of luxury. The grandeur of this hotel was breathtaking, from the impressive chandeliers to the lush green gardens. The hotel amenities were top-notch, clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the melodious music playing all around the hotel; it created a harmonious ambiance. The hotel's staff were attentive, polite, and caring, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The location of the hotel, situated in the outskirts of this city in a real palace, provided for a tranquil and serene stay.

The hotel offers a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. the hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to various restaurants and shops.
The service at the hotel was slow at times, and it took longer than expected for food and drinks to be brought to our room. The pool area can get quite crowded, which can be a downside for those looking for a more private and romantic escape.

the Spa center was exceptional, offering full body massage, facial, and beauty treatments. the swimming pool was pristine, and the outdoor area was beautifully designed with cozy sun loungers and a garden. the live entertainment was a highlight, with BBQ facilities and private dining available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area was also fantastic, with delicious breakfast and snack bar available. the private facilities in my room were also exquisite, with an in-room breakfast and special diet menus available.
The only negative aspect was the location, as it was quite far from the city center and tourist attractions. the hotel provided complimentary shuttle buses to the city, so this was not a major issue.
